COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

Our employees are required to:

​

• Pass temporal temperature checks of less than 100.4 degrees prior to entry

• Wear face masks following CDC guidelines

• Don gloves

• Remain 6 feet distance, with the exception of assessing Patients.

• Properly wash hands often, use hand sanitizer of at least 60% alcohol 

• Clean and sanitize work area multiple times throughout shift
